   As Advertised
   Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, US Version, 128GB, Phantom Black – Unlocked (Renewed) is in Excellent Condition as advertised. I especially like the 10X optical zoom lens. The camera’s Night Mode setting is capable of photographing night sky constellations. The camera is capable of saving photos in RAW format by downloading Samsung’s RAW App. Image resolution of the main 1X 108MP camera lens is more grainy than expected. I’m not sure if it is just a defective main lens in this camera or as a result of software processes such as pixel binning? The Gorilla Glass screen should prevent display damages. I think the curved glass edges makes tempered glass screen protectors difficult to stay on and I’m having issues finding a tempered glass that doesn’t greatly reduce the sensitivity for this S21 Ultra’s fingerprint scanner. Overall, an impressively designed smartphone by Samsung.

   Definitely not a excellent condition phone!
   The description says that is a refurbished excellent condition phone, the screen is perfect probably have been reemplased, the phone works good but the condition of the frame and the cameras has a lot of dents and I feel like I been scammed, I will not return the phone just because I bought it has a secondary work phone and I was looking for cheap performance cellphone and I guess you get what you pay for. Just be aware if you buying this as your main cellphone i do not recommend this refurbished ones, they always will have damage on them, I was expecting minor scratches not big damage like I show on the pictures. Another thing when I open the orders to leave this review the same excellent condition phone price was $20 less than I have pay for in les than 4 hours because I ordered at 11am and was delivered in the afternoon prime same day.

   Great Condition
   For a 3 year old phone it runs pretty smoothly, charging speed is pretty good, the feel Is as premium as it can get, the cameras are perfect, everything looks fine as expected and overall I’m pretty happy with my purchase.*Edit*Recently discovered my display does not have 120hz as it should. I compared my s21 ultra screen with a friend’s s20 ultra and the difference is huge, my display doesnt even seem to peak 90hz at all. Instead of 120hz I am stuck on 60 even with the “adaptive refresh rate” option on. I am disappointed.

   Great phone
   TL;DR great phone but FedEx bad.Phone came in today I never bought a used phone before but the quality is great. There are some very minor signs of wear but nothing that effects the overall look of the phone other than that it’s a great looks/functional phone my only issue is the screen protector it doesn’t fit the screen and has bubbles under it but I always replace my screen protectors with glass ones anyways so no big deal. Phone also came carrier unlocked as the listing says so that’s awesome. Though my only complaint IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT but FedEx shipping they took my package from NY to NJ through PA where I live and into Ohio 3hrs away from me where it sat for 3 days I called FedEx and they kept saying “it’ll be there tomorrow” or “it’ll be another 7days” then yesterday they shipped it back to PA to a facility 12 miles away and decided to ship it this morning. Again not the sellers fault. But so far I only been using the phone for a few hours so far and it’s been great I definitely got to thanks the sellers!

   Great Product
   I was VERY skeptical buying a previously owned cell phone, but I needed a secondary device for a cell phone game that I play and didn’t want to spend another $1,600+ for a brand new phone. There were different tiers of condition to choose from and I paid extra for one rated “Excellent”. It obviously did not come in original packaging, but I was beyond impressed that it looked like a completely brand new phone! It works great. The battery life is like new and I’m pushing it to the max playing demanding games for long periods. This was a great value and I’m very happy with this purchase. 5 stars, would buy again.

   Great so far BUT…
   The phone seems to be great so far. I don’t recall seeing any scratches or wear on the phone. It also works great internally so it is truly unlocked!However the charger that came with the phone did not work at all. The charger cord seems to work when paired with another base, but the base seems to be the problem. It’s a good thing that I had another wall piece/base to use!Also the cord does not support fast charging. When the chord was attached tp a fast charging base, it would slowly transition from 1.5 hours to 5.5 hours until full charge.Although the phone is renewed, I do expect to be given a proper cord and wall piece as I did not get the full value of my money spent in that regard. Otherwise the phone works great so far. Will update if anything changes.

   I BOUGHT 3 PHONES !READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!
   FIRST CONDITION EXCELLENT:I bought one a month or two ago and out of the box I noticed that some scratches were on the charging port I ordered it in excellent condition other than I haven’t had issues with the phone, not laggy, or weird screen problems, multiple times it has fallen out of my pocket with no phone case and hasn’t had significant damage all I did was buy a screen protector and it looks exactly as it did when I bought itSECOND CONDITION GOOD:BUT I ORDER A SECOND PHONE for my girlfriend for Christmas and a day or two later a mark appeared on the top right corner and the phone came with a screen protector so we returned that one and bought another one andTHIRD CONDITION EXCELLENT:I had another screen protector that we put on the new one, this time the screen looks wavy, at this time I’m not sure if it’s the phone or the screen protector, once we get another screen protector I’ll update.

    Product came in mint condition and works flawlessly. Watch out for the screen protectors that are way too complicated if you order some with the device. Your best to not go with the bundle package including a cheap case and cheaper screen protectors. Those extras ended up in the trash right away!

    I purchased my phone April 19th, it is now the end of August and my phone is completely falling apart. The most ridiculous part is, it hasn’t been dropped nor has it fallen. The back of my phone’s glass somehow shattered inside my phone case. I can now see the half of the motherboard keeping my phone running. The front of my screen is also cracked. Since I’ve had this phone, it began falling apart on me 2 weeks in. This is 4 months in and it is literally coming undone. Hopefully I’ll have a phone still at the 6 month mark…

    Espere un mes y algunos días para dar mi opinión honesta. Soy técnico de celulares, por lo que tengo mucho conocimiento y espero poder ayudarles.Quiero dejar claro que compré al vendedor CellFeeee a pesar de que es el de USA y yo México No me cobraron impuestos de aduana, ya que vienen incluidos en el precio final. El envío tardó alrededor de 4 días y el teléfono vino en una caja blanca que claramente no es original y con un cargador genérico que no tengo ni idea si es certificado.En cuanto al teléfono, es completamente liberado y no tiene problemas de funcionamiento. Yo compré la calidad excelente y solo tenía una pequeña rayadura casi imperceptible cerca de la carga, lo más notable son unos puntitos negros en la tapa (estos puntitos pueden ser debidos al pegamento que le ponen a la tapa ya que aveces se come la pintura el pegamento pero no son notorios a 30cm) . Si eres muy exigente con la estética de tus teléfonos, te recomendaría pensarlo antes de comprarlo.Las piezas son originales, La batería es imposible saber si es original ya que tendría que abrirlo, pero pues tiene duración, la pantalla es completamente original, la tapa también es original y tiene un procesador Snapdragon 888 con 12GB de RAM. Las cámaras toman buenas fotos y el teléfono es bastante rápido. A pesar de que pagué por la calidad excelente, puede haber detalles mínimos, así que si no te importan esos pequeños detalles, te lo recomendaría. Sobre la bateria yo la cargo del 15% hasta el 85% para evitar el deterioro y esto me dura de 7am hasta las 6pm casi todo el dia. el vendedor te da un papel donde dice de cuanto es la batería, según mi batería era del 97% es decir casi nueva y si en efecto dura bastante.Sobre los juegos por si alguien le gusta jugar COD mobile o juegos que usan muchos recursos. yo utilizo graficos altos y si se calienta, pero es mínimo, cuando juegas con altos graficos si se baja la batería un poco rápido claro recomiendo siempre usar ahorro de bateria y quitar la ram virtual (ya que la ram virtual no sirve de mucho en estos teléfonos provoca calentamiento y ningún juego o app utilizara toda la rama ya que tiene bastante)En resumen, a pesar de los pequeños detalles que mencioné, si no te molestan estos aspectos, el teléfono es rápido y funcional y si yo lo recomiendo. (Por seguridad, tapé el IMEI en la tapa) **No tome muchas fotos por que el teléfono prácticamente se ve bien**
