Poor Customer Service
The binoculars are fine. However, the apparatus to connect an iPhone to the binoculars did not come with instructions. I contacted Nikon and they said they donât make that part and I should contact the seller. I contacted Amazon and they said they would call the seller. No response. I reached out to the seller directly via their website. No response. It doesnât appear as though the attachment even fits onto this set of binoculars! And I paid extra for it!
