Wrong sim numbers, and doesn’t get security updates
Not exactly renewed, sim identifies as unknown generic phone without esim so you can’t use esim without going to a carriers shop, and just noticed it hasn’t and will not download security updates, seems like a reprogrammed stolen phone.

Small, fast and so cool !
Had it for 6 months now and its perfect. In size and functionality. And so cool with 2 screens, that are great when taking pictures. Plus you dont have to flip it open when getting a call or for a lot of functions. Awesome. Im hooked.

Great quality for price
Great quality phone for the price! It did have some scratches which does not fully match the description, but the scratches were not major issues. I was worried about buying this phone refurbished, but as of now there is no major issues. I will update if I have any problems.

Carrier Locked and Screen is Vulnerable
It took just 2 weeks for little cracks to form around the center of the screen. Then today, it formed a physical crease on the surface. I thought for sure a manufacturing could make it last longer than that, and when I looked into getting it fixed, the replacement screen would cost more than I paid for the phone.
I get that this was a refurbished phone, but if you’re going to advertise it as an unlocked phone, don’t ship ones that are carrier locked. I had to go through the hassle of getting it unlocked and the hours long phone call with my own carrier to get this sorted out.
I was also hoping for a battery life that would last a full day of use, but I’d leave work with ~25%, and I’d need to charge it for a little bit if I wanted to browse on it when I got home.
I did enjoy the gestures that Motorola phones have, and the quality of the cameras.

Al paso de un par de meses desde la compra, un dÃa, la mica protectora incluida con el celular (de fabrica) amaneció con un bordo cruzando todo el centro de la pantalla, no ha dañado la pantalla en lo más mÃnimo, pero si que me estorba un poco al ver videos.
