Research what your buying!!
It’s been a great replacement phone for me. If I would of researched the phone more I didn’t know the 2023 model wasn’t capable of wireless charging and I would of paid the 30 more for the 2024

Garbage
I’ve only had this phone for a couple weeks. The apps are cutting off in the middle of using them. The keyboard is not working in freezes up. This phone is terrible quality.

Amazon screwed up
I ordered the wrong one and immediately did a request cancellation. Then I ordered the phone I wanted and they shipped both. So much for the customer experience. The phone is fine by the wayAmazon not so much. I’ll go to Best Buy next time.

Quality and reliability
I originally ordered this phone for my son and he likes it so far. Everything works great, the phone is fast for gaming, takes decent pics and actually feels like a quality phone. The battery lasts a few hours of gaming and charges fast so that’s a plus.Now I’m ordering one for me because Motorola and Samsung phones I’ve bought in the past have lasted longer than any other brand.I do bookkeeping, emails, client calls and texts for my small business on my phone and also use it to watch movies so I needed something reliable.

Got order on time and proved to be excellent phone.
Was concerned that the lower amount of memory would impair function but new Android version made phone fast as older phone with more memory.

Bloatware Ruins Battery
Over 50 unwanted apps running in the background and drain the battery. Tons of spyware. Most of these apps cannot be uninstalled. Horrible phone and no google support to fix this. Do not recommend!
