    Fantastic addition!
    When I purchased item I looked for reviews which described the room in which this was used. So, for those interested: we used this in an 18 x18 foot room with high ceilings and about 15 people present, sitting in various locations on chairs and couches (not around a table.) Worked great – really solved an audio problem we were having with our Zoom attendees. Highly recommend!

    Conference Calls Just Got a Whole Lot Easier!
    If you’re someone who spends a lot of time on conference calls, you absolutely need this speakerphone in your life. Seriously, it’s a game-changer. The sound quality is crystal clear, and it picks up voices from all directions, so everyone in the room can be heard loud and clear. And the AI noise cancellation is incredible – it blocks out background noise like a champ, so you can focus on the conversation without any distractions. I used to dread conference calls because I could never hear people properly, but this speakerphone has made a world of difference. I’ve used it for both in-person meetings and remote calls, and it’s worked flawlessly every time. It connects easily to my laptop and phone via Bluetooth, and the battery life is impressive.     Better than most… 4.5 stars!
    I was on the fence between 4 and 5 star review here. I ultimately went with 4 stars as they hype this up as a great sounding speaker for music with great bass. And while it does sound better than most conference speakers it does not sound like a great music speaker. Again better than most conference speakers here but not as good as a $150 speaker designed for music.Ultimately this really does beat out other conference speakers I have tested in this price range. The sound is a bit better than most but still you can tell it is designed for voices which is AWESOME for the speakerphone aspect. The size is also very nice as its footprint is fairly small. The touch controls are responsive but feel a little close together to me.The device can detect when you are using it as a conference speaker and you get an audible notification to speakerphone use. Also when you disconnect you get an audible notification you are in music mode. This was a very nice feature!The noise cancelling works extremely well. Co-workers could NOT hear any typing (and I type loud) or mouse clicks in the background, even when I asked them to listen for such things they said there was no background sounds at all. They also said I was clear and easy to hear.The volume is also better than most other conference speaker that I have tested. This was another big plus for me as my other conference speaker requires volume to be at max to hear everyone clearly. This one I was able to set around 40% and it was still louder!There are a light ring around the device so you can tell if you are muted (turns Red) or not, this is pretty standard but looks nice on this unit.Overall I really would put this at 4.5 star rating and again the reason to stay at 4 stars is the hype it gives as a music speaker just does not live up to it. Sure for office (or even home office) it is passable to play music especially at low volumes to just fill the space with some sound but it just does not pass as a true quality music speaker.

    Personally, not for me, but I. could see its use in an office Scenario

    Did not hit the mark.
    This speakerphone has the worst sound quality. When not on a call it has this constant humming sound and static and it crackles and pops. Very annoying. When I would make calls the other party said I sounded like I was in a tunnel with static.

    This is great for the road warrior
    I’ve used this speaker much of the day without a problem. you can connect the videoconferencing device ( laptop / phone, tablet, etc) via phone connection or usb but Bluetooth is probably the easiest . pairing was quick and easy and the sound quality is great. I still use headphones for personal calls with only me in the room, but if I need to have a couple coworkers on too this makes us all quite effective
