Worth the upgrade and happy to not be tied into the carrier’s payment plan
I’m the guy who never upgrades his phone until it’s basically unusable. Went from a Pixel 5 I had for years (bought as a refurb no less) to this Pixel 9. Initially, I had issues activating on AT&T. Got a message saying there was an unpaid balance on the device. I’m assuming that even though the phone was unlocked, it may have previously been on an AT&T plan. After some initial panic and frustration, I ended up just putting my existing SIM card into the new phone, completed the setup and then everything was good. It took about 24 hours for the AT&T portal to reflect that the new device was activated, but I was able to make and receive calls right after the SIM swap.I’m still going through all the new features, but it seems very responsive and the camera is impressive. I wish it was a little smaller, but it’s about the same size as most phones these days. The facial recognition unlock feature is a huge plus for me since I guess my fingerprints are defective. But even the fingerprint scan on this phone is 10x more reliable than my old Pixel 5. So far, so good!

Phone is in Great Condition, But Not As Advertised.
As the title states, the phone is in great condition. I looked through it, looks like it was only activated in September and didn’t see much use. If there were any problems with it, the seller did a great job refurbishing it to the best standard. My big issue was that the phone was not unlocked when I received it. I don’t know much about phones, so it took me a while to figure out what exactly the issue was. I also am not the owner of my phones network account, so it was a huge hassle to figure out what was going on (the phone was still locked to AT&T network) and how to unlock it (make an unlock request with AT&T). Definitely took the initial excitement about the phone and turned it into more of a headache.

I’ll give the seller a chance here but I regret buying this. And keep in mind I’m a highly technical individual with a graduate degree.Tldr; The phone will not stay connected to T-Mobile. I have tried an esim and physical sim. I’ve wasted hours troubleshooting, went to T-Mobile, reset the phone twice, and I’m done at this point.I was skeptical when it came basically blemish free and can now put the story together. Whoever had this before me likely used it a day and returned it.I’m returning this and seller please just send it back to Google. All the phones likely aren’t faulty but this one is.
