   Great Product – Great Potential
   So far I am pleased with my purchase. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I must say that it was a pleasure to receive a product manual that was so clearly written and nicely presented. A company that puts that kind of effort into its print materials surely gives full consideration to its product. The air fryer has a great build and is easy to wipe down after use. The basket and grill plate can go in the dishwasher. The controls are very accessible and intuitive. I made quesadillas as my first effort and just did clean up with a dry paper towel. I had ordered parchment liners but they arrived the next day. The 8X8 squares are a perfect fit for the 6 qt. basket. Cosori includes some recipes but since I am new to air fryers I ordered an air fryer cookbook from Amazon. Will report on the book here after I use it a few times.UPDATE which includes 3 photos: I purchased the Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners by Olivia Windrow. It has some good recipes including international. I didn’t count but quite a few are of Asian origen. The directions are clear but there are no photos inside. The paper is non-slick off white with a grayed ink font about size 12. This is all manageable. I didn’t mind the typos or the fact it may have been written or edited by someone with English as a second language. What I didn’t like was the Index. The first thing I looked up was french toast. It wasn’t listed under its recipe title, or french toast. Rather it was listed under BREAD. The index is organized around whatever the author designates as the main ingredient of the dish. The Table of Content (sic) is divided into categories such as Morning Favorites, Juicy Meat Dishes, Perfect Veggies and Sides, and Quick Bites and Appetizers. It also has introductory sections about air frying in general. My recommendation is to save your $. I have found everything I wanted to know on the internet. I made crispy buffalo wings, but arrived at my own recipe after looking at several on line. And, all of them have pictures which I find helpful. If you have Kindle you can access this book at little or no cost.

   A Game Changer in the Kitchen!
   I have been missing out! This Corsori Air Fryer is fantastic! I used to bake my fish sticks & tator tots in my small convection bake oven, but definitely the air fryer made them crispy & not oily. The chicken drumsticks, salmon, green beans are just as tasty & crisp with less cooking time! Will be trying tofu next! Easy to follow directions. Air Fryer Disposable Paper Liners make cleanup very easy.

   So easy to use and clean.
   Great Fryer for sure. So easy to operate and clean. I use liners and it does a great job especially with clean up. Has all the functionality you need. Have cooked several meals with it and it does the job. This is a must product especially if you can’t have a grill where you live. You will experiment with it and the pause ability lets you make sure you don’t overdo a meal. Touch screen is nice and the basket is large enough for us. I reheated wings and they turned out crispy and like new. You will love having this item. Highly recommend

   This was a fantastic purchase. I had been looking at them for a year but was undecided. A sale motivated me and my whole family is happy I made the purchase. Fast, easy, delicious results, easy to clean. Not overly bulky but big enough to do a decent amount of food. And I was happy with the recipes and explanation booklets that were included. Great purchase!

   Excellent, compact air fryer!
   I needed to replace my air fryer after using it for four years and decided to go with this Cosori TurboBlaze. The machine looks very sleek, and I like the top display. This air fryer preheats VERY quickly and will cook as high as 450 degrees!The different cooking modes with variable fan speeds are a game changer! If you’ve ever tried to make nachos in an air fryer before and had the shredded cheese fly all over the basket, you will appreciate the broil mode which uses higher heat and a lower fan speed. Also, the proof mode with super low fan speed is so great! I like to cold ferment pizza dough in the fridge, and I can quickly bring it up to temp this way if I forget to take it out from the fridge in time.So far, my chicken and burritos have been much crispier than my old air fryer.My only dislike is that it does not have a reminder to notify you to turn or rotate your food halfway through cooking. Since I’ve used an air fryer before, I remember to do this…but when you’re busy cooking in the kitchen, one could easily forget.I did have an issue with the material of the cord, it started to deteriorate and almost fray a bit, which was disappointing. So be careful when storing the air fryer and try not to rub the cord on anything. But Cosori was quick to replace it! The fan on the replacement unit rubbed inside the air fryer, but they replaced that one as well very quickly.

   Good eats.
   This is the neatest thing since sliced bread. I haven’t cooked very much stuff in it but it is real easy to use. With the non-stick on the rack and pan it’s easy peasy to clean it up. Wish I had purchased one when they first came out. I have been cooking lightly breaded chicken bites in the fryer and it works great. You can actually taste the chicken. I also cooked some prepapered potatos from Sam’s in them that already had Alvacado Oil on them. The potatos came out perfect.

    So weve waited as a family to invest in a Airfryer, studied many reviews and we all agree this is an amazing bit of kit. It had to look good on the work surfaces, and had to be of a size that was overwhelming, its very easy to use and clean and to be honest we have used it everyday, and not used the oven (who needs a big oven) Chicken, potatoes and bacon or sausages are so much better.

Su capacidad de 6L es suficiente para preparar comidas en cantidad sin necesidad de hacer varias tandas.El diseño es moderno y los materiales parecen de buena calidad.     We’ve been using this product for a while now, over six months. The first thing that caught our attention was how silent this thing is. We were suspicious about it, because you barely notice it’s on so we weren’t sure if it would cook/fry things well, but after using it we noticed right away that it works much better than our previous XXL Philips one. It has a lot of presets, the beep is not too loud, super happy with it.
