   buttons stopped working after less than 3 days on all THREE COLSUR speakers purchased
   I am so disappointed in this product and find it so bizarre that of the three we have received, all of them have the exact same issue. I did reach out to the seller and they were not helpful, telling me to refer to the manual (as if I didn’t think of that first before having to interact with humans…)Pros:- Wireless charging works very well for our phones. I have not tried wireless buds because I don’t use them, but I imagine that works well too.- Great color selection. I have the pink and my partner has the blue COLSUR speaker. Both look great in our respective offices- Decent sound. I primarily listen to audiobooks or instrumental music to focus, so I won’t say it is stellar, and can’t comment on bass but it’s good enough for our uses.- Nightlight is a… feature if you need it 🙂 Can be dimmed and brightened slightly- WHEN the buttons worked, it was amazing but that lasted only a day or so.Cons:- Obviously my biggest complaint is the buttons not working, which I will go into detail below.- Nightlight is only one shade, but can be brightened or dimmed (would be better with RGB capabilities)- Manual is useless. There are many pages, but only because the same instructions are repeated in multiple languages. There are no details for troubleshooting issues with the device- There is no reset button or multi-button reset optionsButton issue details: I purchased this speaker in pink for myself and the first time I used it, I loved it! I showed my partner and he also liked it so I purchased another for him in the color he liked best. Shortly after ordering his, the buttons (specifically the play/pause/power/Bluetooth button, and the volume/skip buttons – the light works just as described).I thought it was a defect so I initatied an exchange through Amazon. When I received the new one, it again worked beautifully for the first day or so. Shortly after that, my partner reported he was having the exact same problem and the replacement device I received started doing the same. We are unable to control the volume, skip forward or backward, pause/play or turn the Bluetooth off.Weirdly, when I tested the original before returning, it was working normally? But quickly when back to the same garbage uselessness. I can literally only use this as a wireless charger or dim lamp unless I want to control the sound from my phone (which obviously I do not). I have to manually disconnect my phone from Bluetooth since I cannot power the speaker off.I will post a video soon.

   I bought two of these as Christmas gifts and both of my sons like and use these daily for both charging and to listen to music or audiobooks/podcasts. Easy to set up and fairly fast charging.

   Great concept but needs work
   The concept of the speaker is great, and for the price it does what it says. It looks very nice, but unfortunately the quality of sound from the speaker is below average. It’s scratchy and the only way you don’t hear the static is when you have the volume up high. So if you only want to listen to your music loudly, it’s great. Other than that, i personally could not get over the static from the music.Another thing were the buttons are on the back of speaker. I’m sure they did this for aesthetic reasons, but the buttons should really be on the front. They’re not bulky or loud and think it would bring more functionality. The buttons are a simple touch button with nothing raised, so you always have to turn it around to make sure you press the button you want. Plus since it is a plug-in speaker/charger, it makes it more challenging to always turn the speaker around and adjust the cord.I give it three stars because it does what it says, the price is good, it is cute, and a good option for travel.

    Very sleek looking, speaker works great, light is a great feature as well. Only downfall is it wont charge or hold up your phone if it has a case on your phone. A little bit of an inconvenience.
