Poor Laptop performance and quality.
Was returned within 3 hours as the screen continued to blink on and off. I tried to get tech support from Amazon customer service but they could not help resolve the issue, so they issued a refund and sent a shipping label to return it. Was hoping for better results.

Not a gaming laptop at all
The u in 5825u means it’s low power. Also integrated graphics are getting better but this is not the one. Will play non demanding games like minesweeper just fine. Buy calling this a gaming laptop is a lie.

This laptopâs a total letdown. Advertised as a gaming laptop, but it canât even handle basic tasks without slowing down. Feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Customer service? Donât even get me startedâimpossible to reach. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This oneâs a waste of time and money.

Ideal size and speed
I needed a new laptop for online meetings for work. Iâve been using the same device for a little over 2 years and itâs not in the greatest condition. Iâm really glad to move to this laptop being able to support windows 11. It has a really good keyboard and all the keys work with ease. Itâs a quiet and comfortable area for me to type and configure my apps in general. There are all ports needed to connect whatever Iâm needing. I use usbs to download certain work files and it connects right in. Its battery life is really strong being able to hold up for 8 hours-usually more than enough of what I need for the day. The laptop itself is very smooth, thin, and lightweight. I can carry it with me in a bag during travels without issues. The screen is of great quality with little lag. It also is pretty large with this kind of view. My work can be completed with ease and I donât need to worry about things being too small. The camera also depicts me clearly with little connection issues. My meetings have been running very smoothly with the the laptop and Iâve met little to no issues with my platforms and work sources.

I have a portable extra screen (small monitor) for travel thatâs an AOC brand and have enjoyed it, so when my husband said that he needed a new gaming computer we looked up a few brands, including AOC. We really liked the features and options that this particular model offer. It arrived REALLY quickly and was nicely and safely packaged. Everything worked as it should immediately out of the box.
