starting problem after return and they fixed it…
I bought this during summer and put it in storage until fall. I started great once and would not start again. I contacted the seller, Wagners Chainsaws, and they replied right away. They asked to a couple thing to check and send the parts I needes. Their customer service is awesome. There was no way anyone would have known the coil had a clitch in it and would fail. I doubt I will bother buying another saw from anyone else but these guys..

A beast of a chainsaw
This is a big, big chainsaw. I ordered it with a 36â bar. Itâs heavy! Iâm 80 and I couldnât start it. It often snatched the pull rope out of my hand when I tried to start it. I got my, fit, 48 year old son to come start it. It runs well and really cuts.
I couldnât see any way I could start it and my son took it home. I kept his Husky 545 which I can drop start and use without a problem. He says he has to loosely grip the starting rope so it pulls out of his hand when it kicks back. Otherwise it hurts his shoulder.
Not a normal homeowner saw.
